Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and the operator of the ep88 platform (collectively referred to as "ep88", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the ep88 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit or accepting any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and that you accept all terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any ep88 service.

These Terms apply to all services offered by ep88, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional bonuses, customer support and payment services. They should be read alongside the ep88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, which form part of the overall regulatory framework governing your use of this platform.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of ep88 services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at the point of registration and maintained throughout the life of the Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Casino-style gambling on the ep88 platform is strictly reserved for adults aged 21 and above. Documentary evidence of age may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates and individuals acting as agents for third parties are not permitted to register or operate Accounts.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or voluntary ban on any gambling platform, including any programme operated by ep88.
• You must not access ep88 services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of access in your location.
• You must be the lawful holder of all payment instruments used to fund your Account. Funding an Account with payment methods belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout the account verification process. ep88 reserves the right to suspend any Account where information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and operate one Account only. The maintenance of duplicate or linked accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus credits, circumventing account restrictions or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage is a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you are required to supply accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including username, password and any one-time security codes issued by ep88. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party, including any person purporting to represent customer support.

ep88 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation as part of the KYC process. Acceptable identification documents may include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, valid driving licence or recent utility bill reflecting a Malaysian residential address in cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya or Shah Alam. KYC documents must be current, legible and issued in the Account Holder's name.

Failure to complete a KYC request within the timeframe specified by ep88 may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawals or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account suspension.

Terms of Use

Your use of the ep88 platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You must use ep88 services for personal entertainment purposes only and must not exploit the platform for commercial gain through systematic play, arbing, software-assisted betting patterns or any other technique not expressly permitted.
• You acknowledge that all casino games and sports betting activities involve risk and that outcomes are uncertain. ep88 does not guarantee any financial return on any wager placed through the platform.
• You must not use any automated software, scripting tool, bot or artificial intelligence mechanism to access, scrape or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You must not interfere with the normal operation of the platform, attempt unauthorised access to any system, or undertake any activity that may impair the experience of other Account Holders.
• All casino game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. No strategy, system or prior outcome data can alter the underlying probability of future results.
• ep88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was affected by a technical error, data feed failure or manifest pricing mistake, and to reinstate the affected Account Balance to its pre-error state.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ep88 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and online banking services operated by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and other participating institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT) are also supported subject to current cashier instructions.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Account Holder has selected an eligible cryptocurrency option. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the ep88 cashier at the time of transaction.

• Processing times are estimates only. E-wallet deposits are typically reflected within minutes; bank transfer processing may take 5–10 minutes subject to the sending institution's clearing schedule; cryptocurrency transactions require network confirmations which may take 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account and verified in the Account Holder's name. Third-party payment instructions will not be accepted.
• ep88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Account Holders should retain payment receipts until all transactions are confirmed complete.
• Chargebacks or reversal requests initiated through a bank or payment provider without prior written notice to ep88 will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Bonuses & Promotions

ep88 may offer promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback arrangements, referral bonuses and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The acceptance of any promotional offer constitutes agreement to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, including the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. For example, an X10 requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means a total of MYR 1,000 in eligible wagers must be completed. Specific multipliers are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active, individual wagers are typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing bets above the maximum permitted level during an active bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Eligible video slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%. The contribution schedule for each promotion is available in the applicable bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotions carry expiry windows typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Any unwagered Bonus Funds or incomplete progress remaining at expiry will be removed from the Account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a limit on the amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from Bonus Funds. Account Holders should review the maximum cash-out figure before accepting any offer.
• One Active Bonus: Only one promotional offer may be active on an Account at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. ep88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to retain any associated balance pending investigation:

• Registering or operating more than one Account for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses or otherwise circumventing account restrictions.
• Using or attempting to use any form of collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage betting, matched betting via multiple platform accounts or any other technique designed to generate low-risk or risk-free returns from promotional credits.
• Accessing the platform using software tools, bots, macro scripts or other automated mechanisms that replicate or substitute human interaction.
• Providing false, fabricated or borrowed identity documents during registration, KYC verification or any other ep88 compliance process.
• Using payment methods belonging to another individual to fund an ep88 Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes fraud, money laundering or an attempt to launder proceeds of unlawful activity through casino or sports betting activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, miscalculated odds, bonus loopholes or any other technical anomaly for personal financial gain.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the ep88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, logos, page layouts, software code and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ep88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to any Account Holder.

Account Holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the ep88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, public display, creation of derivative works or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written authorisation from ep88 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ep88 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.

Without limiting the foregoing, ep88 does not accept liability in respect of the following:

• Any loss sustained as a result of wagering activities, whether involving casino games, live dealer tables or sports betting markets.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events or third-party provider outages including payment processing delays affecting Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB or other service providers.
• Unauthorised access to an Account resulting from the Account Holder's failure to protect their login credentials.
• Errors in game presentation or data feed that were promptly corrected by ep88 upon discovery.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

ep88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion rules.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable personal information or identification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• A request by the Account Holder to self-exclude or to activate a cooling-off period under the ep88 Responsible Gambling programme.
• An order, instruction or request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

An Account Holder may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ep88 support. Pending withdrawal requests at the point of voluntary closure will be processed subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ep88 is licensed and incorporated. Account Holders acknowledge that this may differ from the jurisdiction in which they are resident.

Malaysian Account Holders acknowledge that no Malaysian regulatory authority licences or supervises the ep88 platform. It is the Account Holder's responsibility to understand the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable laws. ep88 makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of access from any particular location.

Amendments

ep88 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Account Holders will be notified of material changes through in-platform notices, email communication or both. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the ep88 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and, if you wish, close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
